We all embark on the journey of life at the same starting point. We travel down the road before us, trying to carve out a path that will lead us to the kind of life that will bring us joy. However, there are times when that path leads us off the course of happiness and fulfillment, and into some dark corners.

Whether you’re stuck in the woods of anxiety, relationship issues, or perfectionism, it is possible to get out of the dark places and back into the sun. I know it feels daunting now, but that is why you are here.

Here at Springs Psychotherapy Inc, I will work with you to help you develop the strategies you need to get back on the path that leads to happiness and success. Together, we will work to address the issues you are facing and come through on the other side with a new way of thinking, and confidently take on a new direction in life.

Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people.

Together, we will work closely to analyze what struggles you are facing and their underlying causes, and try to change the behaviors and thought patterns that are keeping you from being the person you want to be.

If you’re ready to get back on the path that leads to the happier times in your life, then you’ve come to the right place. Contact me today so we can work to get you back on course.

Meet Alicia Hite

The foundation of a successful therapeutic experience is a trusting relationship in which the client feels seen, understood, and validated by the therapist. Due to the extremely sensitive and sometimes painful nature of what clients explore, it is only after this relationship is established that the therapeutic journey can progress. While many clients do not know what to expect at the beginning of this journey, they can expect that I as their therapist will be present, genuine, curious, and empowering. Additionally, clients can expect that I will collaborate with them on multiple aspects of therapy as I expect them to be an active participant on their journey. While therapy can be difficult and at times challenging, I will remain consistent and supportive throughout the process.
